Spectrum Community Services Advocacy Event: Friday, March 2nd

When was the last time you brought a meal to a neighbor in need? Our volunteers do it every day and get that special feeling of satisfaction in helping a neighbor in need.

Ride-along with one of our volunteers to get that feeling yourself.

Help us celebrate the achievements of Meals on Wheels and raise awareness of senior hunger in Alameda County!

Join us at our advocacy event for Meals on Wheels on Friday, March 2nd, from 8:30am to 10am, hosted by Stanford Healthcare-Valley Care at 1119 East Stanley Blvd in Livermore. You can hear inspirational stories from real seniors who depend on Meals on Wheels and their volunteers. Click here to register online.

Sign-up to go on a ride along and deliver a few meals and smiles. Please reach out to Victoria at VCristobal@SpectrumCS.org to RSVP by February 26th for a ride-along.

We would love to have you join us in serving our homebound senior clients after the celebration.

We look forward to celebrating with you!

*Thank you Supervisor Nate Miley for delivering meals in Pleasanton at last year’s March for Meals!
